Backup & Sync
Backup destination 1 (WebDAV, admin)
Connects to any WebDAV server — Nextcloud, a Synology NAS's own "WebDAV Server" package, ownCloud, and most others all work the same way. Full database exports and every recording, tab, sample, and preset file get mirrored there automatically. For Nextcloud, use an app-specific password (Settings → Security), not your main account password.

Times of day the automatic sync runs (24h, comma-separated). Leave empty to disable automatic syncing — you can still sync manually below.

Alternative backup destination (admin)
A second, independent backup target over WebDAV — for example a second Synology NAS's own "WebDAV Server" package (Package Center → WebDAV Server → enable HTTPS). Runs completely separately from the Nextcloud connection above: its own schedule, its own history, and every file gets mirrored here too, not just to whichever destination synced first.

All songs — full media export (admin)
One ZIP with every song's data and its actual files — recordings, tabs, samples, and preset files — each song in its own folder. This can take a moment to build and may be a large download depending on how much has been uploaded over time.

Full database export / import (admin)
A complete, human-readable JSON snapshot of the database (songs, recordings metadata, schedule, members, etc — not the media files themselves, and never passwords). Useful for disaster recovery independent of Nextcloud.

⚠ Importing replaces almost all current data (songs, recordings metadata, schedule, devices/presets) with what's in the file. This cannot be undone. Media files on disk are untouched either way. All member accounts will need a password reset afterward (passwords are never included in exports) — that's unavoidable, not a bug.

Which instruments show up in the "Instrument" dropdown when someone uploads a tab. Add whatever the band actually needs — these apply to every song.
Notifications
Your notifications
Get notified about new rehearsal polls and confirmed/upcoming rehearsals — by email (if you have an address on file) and/or browser push (works right in this browser, no extra app).
Email server (SMTP, admin)
Used to send email notifications to members who have an email address on file. Any standard SMTP provider works (Gmail app password, your hosting provider's SMTP, etc.).

Activity Log
Everything members (including admins) do in the app — logins, song changes, uploads, settings changes, and more. Admin-only.
